Can anyone suggest any exercises to help back pain caused by large breasts? Serious question.?

I wear a g-cup and my back and shoulders ache a lot. What can I do in a n exercise/physio type way to make my back better able to carry their weight? I wear a good bra in the right size btw. thanks very much.

1. Breast reduction. As you get older then the problem will get worse. I mean Older.

3. Im assuming that your like most girls and don't if ever exercise but there are many things that you can do. I recommend push ups to make your pectorals stronger or bench and If you have weights or a gym membership do roman chairs, if you grab two dumbbells and rotate your shoulder up and down you'll really strengthen them but they'll be really sore for the first few days.also regardless of size of breasts improper poster can cause back problems and is the #1 cause of back pain in general also another fact is that breast tissue has connective tissue to the pectoral muscles and you've grown stronger as thieve grown but the fat surrounding the breast tissue doesn't and pulls down on the breast strain the chest shoulders and lower back this also causes sagging, I don't know if your overweight or not just covering all the possibilities. don't listen to everyone telling you to get reduction surgery for three reasons large breasts aren't a disease it actually means your healthy in many ways there probably not the cause of you're back pain and the surgery could actually make things worse. I hope that the information Ive given you will be help full if you need more information on exercises you can send me an email at k9wolf07@yahoo.com.
