Exercises or other tricks to reduce lower back pain?
I've been struggling lately with lower back pain, whenever I stand up for any period of time (10 minutes plus), and especially when I walk. I think maybe I've strained the muscles in my lower back, however I cannot simply just stop doing my job which involves a lot of bending over (hold the puns please :P)... so how do I reduce lower back pain through treatment or exercise? :)

1. Believe it or not, you need to strengthen your abs. Having a strong core helps alleviate back pain.
2. Having a strong core/abs will get rid of your back pain. Check out the website, there are some back exercise on it.
3. For me exercise was the way to go. Once you strengthen your core muscles your back pains will go away.
See below for link to an exercise program.
Good luck
