types of exercises that are best during having lower back pain?
I have low back pain problem, I am looking for some exercises in which I can strengthen my hip and leg muscles as well as my belly's muscle, which types of exercises are best for me, so not to increase my lower back pain?

1. leg lifts, lay on back prone,, lift legs together 6-10 inches,, the spread legs and bring back together and back down,
also, laying flat on your back,, take your right leg and swing it over to the left side and do the same for other leg to opposite side, keep arms out like you are on a cross,

4. Get an exercise ball, and slowly do the stretching exercises and I emphasize...SLOWLY...stretch your back so your back gets around the ball...slowly.
Also I have lots of back problems all my life, recently I was broadsided by a driver doing 50 mph and turned my car the other way.
My doctor wrote a referral to a Board Certified Acupuncture therapist....and it is amazing the mobility and pain she helped....and now ...I go when my back gets tight and causes pain....Totally amazed and it works for me...
