What are some good exercises to help relieve back pain?
My upper back tends to get sore every once in a while & I need to know some good stretches or exercises that may be the kinks out...thanks for your answers

1. All types of stretching.
2. roll your spine. Lie on the floor and pull your knees to your chest. HUG THEM and roll side/side then backwards and forwards.. this is FAB for the spine.. do it first thing in the morning and last thing every night before bed.
3. The best thingto do is to find a posture alignment specialist at egoscue.com. If you can't do that then get the book "Pain Free" by pete egoscue and follow the routines.
