what are some exercises to do to get rid of back pain?
i have slight scoliosis but my back pain has increased over the last year. any ideas on exercises or websites that may help me?

1. try doing the bridge, but don't stretch too much. sit up straight, and sleep on a firm matress(not TOO firm!!!!) Try doing yoga, and the indian excerises of sun prayer(SURYA NAMASKAR)
2. I have scoliosis and go to therapy for that as well as back pain...YOGA!!!!! my physical therapist reccommended it...especially sitting on your knees and putting your head on the ground and reaching as far as u can reach...really good stretch
3. You are in a very dangerous zone. I don't think you should be relying for an answer here. You should see a chiropractor.
4. There are numerous exercises to do, but they vary depending on what the underlying condition is. See your doctor to find out what is wrong and then go to physical therapy. If this does not help, ask for a referral to an interventional pain management specialist. By all means, do not see a chiropractor.
