I feel pain in my lower back when i finish my exercises in gym. what should i do for relief?

I am going gym regularly and doing exercises with waist belt.Once I lifted 70kg wt without any belt and that also 5-6 times. After 2 days I started feeling pain in my lower back. till now I am feeling that pain but not of that much. Now i always wear the belt while doing exercices. Should I consult the doct? or it will disappear itself.

1. You probably pulled a muscle. Are you sure you were doing it right? Yes, you should see a doctor. There's also the possibility of a slipped disc or something, so it's best to have it checked.

2. Problem 1, you wear a belt which does not allow your core much work. I bet your form is bad too. You need to get help with your form. Then ditch the belt and take it easy unti your abs and lower back catch up

3. be sure & streach that back out.i highly recomend doing some pilates. it works on your core, strechs,& teachs you how to breathe.i agree with person above me

4. You should consult a doctor and give it time to rest

5. I work out with my qray, and before I wore it...there was no possible way I could even work out. I am an older man, but I suppose this might work for younger adults as well. It gives me the boost of energy and takes away my aches and pains. Hope it helps for you if you try it.
