What's a quick fix for a terrible migraine/cluster headache?
I've already taken to Excedrin migraine... still nothing. About to take a Maxalt, but wondering if there's anything else I could take.

1. Advil Migrane Liquid Jells work awsome!2. a cold compress to your forehead & neck. Then lie down in a quiet, dark room.
3. stop taking medicine too much is really bad for you. Drink some caffeine, put your sunglasses on and if you can take a nap.
4. usually when i use to get one id just go gag in the toilet and itll go away immediately for some reason....
also me doing about 300 jumping jacks fixed it as well and prevented them from happening
5. Go into a room pitch black no noise, know lightclose your eyes and forget about everything -EVERYTHING!!!!!!
6. Yes, there are numerous drugs available for migraines, but they are available only by perscription, so see your doctor.
7. sorry boy, my only advice is drink lots of water.. if you don't feel like it FORCE YOURSELF like atleast two bottles in the next hour.
if at all possible then take a nap... if not possible in the next few hours then you should wait until around your normal bedtime... if this persists then see the doc...
my migraines always go away after I sleep... its just getting to sleep that is the problem with the migraine
8. if excedrin migraine isnt working, you better see your GP, something else may be going on
plus i recommend getting adjusted by a chiropractor. being out of place in your upper vertebrae can cause nerve activity in your head, i.e. headaches.

10. Put a bag of frozen veggies on the back of your neck for 10 to 15 minutes, lay down and try to relax. No over the counter migraine meds work for me. I have had them for years. If they continue you might want to check with your doctor. Hope you feel better soon...good luck.

12. I'm sure I heard somewhere that lightly squeezing the flesh between your thumb and forefinger for some time reduces headaches?!
13. take 3 liquidgel advils with a very cold coke and lay down for a while. Works everttime for me
