What causes a headache in the back of head?

I know some ppl say that stress causes it but I'm not under any stress.. I have no idea what's causing it.. When I touch the back of my head it feels really warm.. And the pain is moving up to the side of my temples

1. You really should see a doctor to rule out things like an infection or a slipped disc.

When people say 'stress', it doesn't mean only emotional stress. Those kind of headaches can be caused by muscular stressors such as sleeping on it wrong, having your monitor too high or low on your computer, long periods of driving, and many other things.
