Could a reaction to nasal decongestant spray mimic symptoms of cluster headache?
I have all the symptoms of a cluster headache only I don't have a history of them, and it just started today. I used a nasal decongestant because my allergies were acting up. I am thinking it is a reaction to the spray but a PA thought it was a cluster headache

1. Ask a pharmacist. They are experts on side effects.You can also go to the library and look in a PDR (physician's desk reference ) for side effects.2. that is a very good question! and i think you might just be onto something with this because i started taking nasal spray for my allergys as well and i been having horrible headaches that seen to move around my whole head! so i think their is the possibilty of a connection .
