Knee pain.... What knee brace should i get??? READ DETAILS!!!!?

Im a student athlete in 7th grade.....i have pain in my knees when i do heavy physical activity... Ive been to the doctors and they said my quad muscle (on the top of my thy) is stonger then my hamstrings so when i do physical activity that muscle pulls my tendent on my knee causing pain on that tendent, under my knee cap, and on the sides of my knee cap, the doctor said to get a knee brace but i dont know what kind to get!!! Any recomendations? Thanks:)

1. I release those muscles all the time to get rid of that pain. Braces can cause more pain and take some of the stability out of your knee. You just need one who can free those muscles up for you.
