Pain In Knee Cap (Ignore this because this is just to make the minimum character requirement)?

Mostly my left knee, but a little bit in the right, my knees have been painful to straighten all the way and when taking weight, and a little weak. The pain is in the front of the knee, so I'm sure it's the knee cap that's sustained injury.

I don't have that many problems running, as I'm doing decently in PE at school, but when I'm riding a bicycle of something similar, I will get a spike of pain and have to stop pedaling, and then I can continue after the pain subsides.

The cause of injury might be from when I jumped off the roof of a one story building two days ago. I rolled fine when I hit the ground, but there was a tiny sting in my left ankle from not pointing my toes enough. I'm not certain how that would cause knee pain, as I was absolutely fine immediately after the jump, and rode my bike home without pain...

But anyway, if it's my knee cap that's bruised or something like that, what should I do for it to heal as quickly as possible?
