What could cause lower back pain constantly for over 3 months, and achy boobs and your not pregnant?

I have been in horrible back pain especially my lower back for the last 3 months, and my boobs are so heavy, achy, and sensitive I am not pregnant, no fetus on ultrasound and I am 19 yrs. Old. I am not that sexually active or anything but am some. Thanks!
