Am I getting Migranes?

I'm a 14 year old guy. Occasionally I get a kind of blind spot in my eye that starts in my peripherals and comes inward until all I can see is what is directly in front of my face, and everything else is fuzzy. Then it starts to go away and a pressure builds in my entire head and it seems like light and sound get ten times louder than everything really is. A killer headache then racks my entire head. As everything slowly fades, my eyes and hearing go back to normal. All i am left with is a pain whenever I move my head quickly to one side. The first one I remember is when I was in fifth grade. I was on the swing sets when the sun caught my eyes and the little glare stayed in my eyes until the headache stated. They have all been started by a bright flashing lights or a really exiting event, aka, Thanksgiving, Disneyland Trip, cross country running trip to Mount San Antonio College. Lots of sugar may be a cause too. What exactly do I have.

1. yup, sounds like a migraine for sure. :( i'm sorry! i know they suckk.

what i do is take some excedrin migraine,
put an ice pack under my neck,
lay with my head elevated on a pillow,
and put a cloth with warm water of my eyes

this stuff works sometimes, but sometimes the only thing you can do is sleep it off.
hope you feel better <3
