Lower right side back pain?

I just started exercising again after a long time. I jogged on the treadmill and then did some weight exercises from a exercise dvd. I started getting some lower back pain on my right side (where my kidneys would be) later that night, and I'm not sure what it could be from. I would like to know if it's from the exercise, and if I should continue to do the exercise or relax, and what I could do for the pain? Thanks for your time. :)
** It's not severe or anything. It's just a pain that I know I didn't have before exercise.

1. Just relax for some time and continue the exercises carefully!

2. Kidney problems from diabetes. Avoid sugar. get tested.

3. you might have started with some exercise that are a bit vigorous. like weight lifting or something. if your gonna continue weight lifting start with some low weights then move onto bigger ones. No offence intended, but alcohol may cause this. Especially a lot of alcohol followed by exercise makes it even worse.

4. it could also be from lack of water.
try drinking alot of water during the day, BUT not directly after or before exercise.
you must have lost plenty of water through sweat. make sure you drink 8 glasses of water per day.
and who knows you might be diabetic, you should get yourself tested.

5. Go and see a doctor. There are too many possible reasons.
