Horrible diarrhea stabbing back pain in lower right side and stomach pain frequent urination?
For about a week I've had diarrhea and a stabbing pain in my lower back on the right side my stomach has been bloated my stomach gurgles and I've had gas and I've been peeing frequently with stomach pain.. I am on my period but I never had any problems with my period. I'm 19

1. Gross. See a doctor.2. Any sort of stabbing pain and bloating in that area brings to mind Appendix..... It can get infected at any age and need to come out.
But I do know that just simple gas pains can cause all manner of symptoms that make you think you're going to die for sure.
3. Two ideas:
Are you pregnant? Maybe you are about to go into labor.
You say your back hurts from a stabbing....you should probably have the wound checked out. That shouldn't be causing you to have diarrhea, unless the blade pierced one of your digestive organs.
4. Kidney problems from diabetes. Avoid sugar. Get tested.
