How to fix a tension headache?
Okay so I've had this headache for about two weeks NONSTOP. I have went to the drs and was prescribed Tylenol no 3, which does not take the edge off! Neither did any OTC pills, such as, Excedrin, Aleve, Advil.It's driving my nuts and I want some help. Also, sleeping, compresses, laying in the dark have not worked. Any words of wisdom you want to share with me?

1. I feel your pain... This is my 3rd week with a headache.Try seeing if you can get something else prescribed for the pain. My neurologist said vicodine is bad for these types of headaches and can just irritate the pain even more. Fioricet and demerol work great.
Or try drinking a soda with caffeine along with a pain killer.
