What can cause lower back pain, and lower abdominal pain?

I've been having some really horrible lower abdominal pain putting me in crucial pain, and just recently my lower back has started to hurt just as worse and it has caused me to barley be able to move . I've scheduled a doctors appointment but it is almost 2 weeks away. Does anyone have any idea what can be going on? Should i go to the ER?

1. I'd go to the ER. Your body puts you through crucial pain for a reason-to let you know something isn't right. It could be your kidneys or possibly your appendix? Possibly an infection. Go to the ER and they will run tests and give you medicine for pain managment!

Good luck and get well soon :)

2. Strain on your back, past injuries and spinal problems/ injuries could cause severe pain. It's possible you may even need surgery depending on the situation. But crucial pain isn't enough to diagnose a problem. If it was me, I wouldn't wait two weeks, simply because of the pain, but if you think you can wait then stick it out. But I recommend you go to the ER.
