What stretches should I do for knee pain from tennis?
I have had recurring pain in my left knee from tennis mainly because I run around alot when playing and play alot. Any knee stretches that would help?

1. I've heard what knees really like is a LOT of fast exercise with very low resistance - like if you were peddling a bike in a really low gear - you peddle like crazy and go really slowly. So lots of easy, fun exercise - nothing hard.
