1. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. You sound a little bit paranoid about your health. Think about other things and stop dwelling on your conditions.

2. Fibromyalgia isn't diagnosed by just believing you have it. It's a complex neurological condition. You don't just read the symptoms and say yes I've got it. The symptoms can mimic other conditions, like anxiety.

I could not find any interactions between cymbalta and levothyroxine (if you're on that medication). You should speak to your doctor. Make sure you're eating a healthy diet and exercising each day.

3. underactive thyroid mimics FMS...most likely it is just the thyroid --not fms

fms is highly overdiagnosed...

and most of the thyroid meds don't work right--only one does--i think synthroid

4. All over body aches, anxiety & panic, and depression all go along w/ HypOthyroidism. I have been on an anti-depressant for yrs, 1st for migraine preventative then later for depression, BEFORE ever finding I had Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis. In addition to all my other body aches, I now have developed osteoarthritis in my right knee. I just today read that Cymbalta can help w/ that & so I am planning to ask my doctor about changing me to it. From what I read, there is no reason why it cannot be taken w/ Synthroid (which I assume you are on for the HypOthyroidism).
