How to get rid of a headache in pregnancy?
I really don't want to take any medicine, is there a natural way I can get rid of this headache?

1. It is perfectly fine to take panadol during pregnancy, no point suffering. The only way i can think of is a cold compress on your forehead.2. Tylenol
3. Tylenol you can take, what i found caused my problem was not drinking enough water when i would get a headache i would down alot of water and 10 min later it was gone
4. I use a hot towel on the back of neck to help get rid of headaches.
Some people prefer a cold cloth though.
A nice neck massage and back rub might be helpful too.
