alternative headache relief?

has anyone ever used those sticks that you rub across your forehead to ease headaches? ive seen them in various stores superdrug, boots etc. if so do they work?

2. Sorry never tried them - but what always works for me is squeezing the pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger kind of in towards the palm a little. You will know when you have the right spot because it really hurts! But it works...

3. Yes, I have used them. They do work for headaches if they are not too fierce, but not for really bad ones.

4. I think you mean HeadOn. Basically what it does is makes your forehead feel cool. I use it and it eases the headache but won't completely get rid of it on it's own.

6. yes they certainly do the trick is to apply at the first sign of headache-i suffer a lot of headaches and they work a treat and my kids use them as they wont take medication
