What is a natural cure for headaches during pregnancy.?
I have horrible headaches. Tylenol doesn't work. I feel guilty for taking that anyway. What can I do besides laying down in a dark room. I have a five yr old so that's not always possible.

1. Ice can help with pain, tension and inflammation. Crushed or cubed, in a freezer bag, wrapped in a towel. Place it at the back of the neck from the base of the skull to the top of the shoulders. On for 10 to 15 minutes, off for about 5 to 10 and repeat as you like. You can either sit or lie down...you might even be able to read to your 5-year old while doing so. Or not.
2. Put ice on your forhead and over ur eyes. Its usually tension from the pregnancy. Keep it dim in your house untill the headache calms down ugh I don't like those. Put the ice in a baggy and use a thin cloth to cover it. Place it right on your forehead and after 10 mins put the cubes.over ur eyes. Still in the baggy and cloth. U should feel lot better. Rotate eyes and forhead every 10 mins. 30 mins should do it.
3. Lavender Essential Oil always works for me.
Rub a drop of Lavender Essential Oil into your temples. If your headache seems to be at front of the head, you can also rub into middle of the brow or if headache is at back of head, rub into nape of neckl.
