What could my lower back pain be caused from?
I started out having back pain on the left, lower side of my back almost two weeks ago. Now my left lower side of my back doesn't hurt anymore, but my hips and legs have been aching really bad on and off. It makes it difficult for me to sleep. I don't have health insurance and wondered if anyone else have had the same symtoms. I am a 28 year old healthy female.

1. Lifting heavy weights, carrying buckets of water on the stair-case, long jumps, high jumps, etc.
Latest symptoms ----an offshoot of sciatica pains.
Prudent to see a local homeopath, acupuncturist, acupressure therapist or at least a physio-therapist, for a permanent cure.

3. You could probably be suffering from a condition known as Sciatica. You might find this link helpful, but I would suggest that you first consult a doctor or a physiotherapist. I'm a 28 year old male who suffers from mild upper back pain. The site I've given below has a team of affordable therapists, so you won't suffer much without having medical insurance.
4. It may be due to some of your unusual routine works or spending many hours with your office records…something like that. Pain in hips and legs are not any serious symptoms and so can be treated easily. Use a back heating pad… That works better and fast. I found it from a site http://www.bodyfaceshop.ca/ even the symptoms persists after trying any of home remedies, consult a physiotherapist.
5. Considering that it is giving you sleep problems, you should consult a doctor immediately. For more hip related concerns, check http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com/
