Headache in one side of head & light sensitivity?

my headache start from one side of head n then it propagates to back side of head, forehead and eyes n down the spinal cord and shoulders
This happens regularly starting in the morning till post afternoon.
Also i have problem with light, cant face sunlight coz that again cause a severe headache problem.
