Sinus headache relief?

My sinuses are killing me, I have a pain that goes from my forehead to my cheeks, to the back of my head, and it hurts worse when I stand up or move a certain way, it's killing me. I was wondering of there are any good home remedies, I don't usually take medication. Help?

1. There are inhalers you can have to help with sinuses.

2. use a hot water bottle, tap water hot, lie down, place it on your forehead. when it cools, refill with hot tap water and place on the base of your skull (not your neck!). repeat as necessary

3. i have also that problem esp. wen its too cold...there are inhalers to relief that kind of pain.

4. This may sound REALLY weird...but an old lady told me about this once and it works great for me. I have told others about it and it worked for them as well too. Take a match and light it. Inhale the smoke that comes off of it from lighting it, in your nostrils. Then blow the match out and inhale that smoke through your nostrils as well. I usually do it with two matches. I think it has something to do with the burnt sulfer or something. Good luck.
