I feel that I am suffering from it

Can you help me with some advice ? (Specially like to hear from them who suffer from it)

1. Basically it's sore weak-tissue, and tiredness because of it.

A cure is a clean life-style, cut out sugar, white-flour, yeast, spices, caffeine, alcohol. Really have a clean diet for a while, because it's caused by the lack of ability in your immune system to keep your muscle clean.

Replace the food with less processed, so cottage-cheese with some Muesli for breakfast, an omelet with sauteed vegetables for lunch(or you could also eat some soup), and for dinner, some vegetables, brown-rice, and meat, or Tofu.

As snacks try having a fruit-smoothie(just get some frozen fruit, yogurt/and a scoop of cottage cheese for consistency, and if you feel it needs some oomph, a scoop of whey-protein).

And with your Green Tea(a drink low in aggressive nutrients, and high in antioxidants) you could have some simple wheat-biscuits(tea-biscuits made from wheat-flour).

That should help you clean your system, it can make you feel a little weak at first, in that case you can always eat a little more during meal time, and you could add, another 'breakfast' at 15:00.

Basically you just want to eat low-poluting foods for a while, to give your system some breathing-room.

Also try and add some light exercise to promote your body to get rid of the badness, but don't go too hard, because training hard, will create more garbage in your system, so find a balance, of moving freely, and don't push too hard.

2. View http://www.fibromyalgia-symptoms.org/fibromyalgia_treatment.html
I am aware that there are multiple medications which can be used to treat it, such as Savella, and Lyrica, (pregabalin) but medications come with risks, and side effects - see www.drugs.com & www.rxlist.com & http//mediguard.org

In my opinion, it may well be best to try the natural and alternative treatments first, to see if they are sufficient; why accept the risks and side effects unnecessarily? Enter "fibromyalgia" in the searchbar at http://www.mercola.com and view the many articles on it. Consider signing up for the regular free Ezine from www.mercola.com, because they are the most visited natural health website in the world. I have learned a lot, and my health and immune system have been greatly helped.

Check out: http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/fibromyalgia_remedies.html Try specialist acupuncture, as well. The low levels of the neurotransmitter, serotonin, which tend to occur in fibromyalgia can be helped with 5-htp. Google: "5-htp; fibromyalgia" Use 50mg of 5-htp daily, or UP TO 200mg; take with a very low protein meal, to maximise the amount crossing the blood/brain barrier, with no, or extremely little protein 2 hrs before, to 2 hrs afterwards.

Note: http://www.unboundmedicine.com/medline/ebm/record/21375201/abstract/Vitamin_D_deficiency_in_fibromyalgia_ then view: www.drbenkim.com/vitamin-d-facts.htm & http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/12/16/my-one-hour-vitamin-d-lecture-to-clear-up-all-your-confusion-on-this-vital-nutrient.aspx Dr. John Cannell, of www.vitaminDcouncil.org advises that the co-factors most often deficient in the American diet, and necessary to optimise its absorption, and utilisation are magnesium, zinc, boron, and vitamin K2 ( http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/03/26/the-delicate-dance-between-vitamins-d-and-k.aspx ). I recommend using either health food/vitamin stores, or preferably http://www.lifespannutrition.com/products.asp?catagory=Vitamin%20D or Mercola.com (check them out on vitamin K2 as well; the MK7 isomer which they use is several times more active than other types, and they ensure the highest quality available; I often use their products, although not exclusively).

Give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. It is free via the searchbar at Mercola.com "EFT" *& "EFT therapists" (also view: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/02/26/dr-john-lowe-on-thyroid-disease-part-1.aspx ) or www.tapping.com or www.eftuniverse.com or www.emofree.com Professional is best. - There is a version for use in public places*, (if you like, you can claim to have a headache, as you massage/lightly tap your temples, but you would then be restricted to subvocalising: saying it to yourself in your mind: "Even though I have fibromyalgia, I deeply and completely accept myself."

One home remedy I have heard of is scalding hot showers (careful). 3. you really are annoying. i suggested fibromyalgia to you and told you to google it and look at the forum. i even gave you a link to it.

YOU CANNOT FEEL THAT YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM IT IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE SYMPTOMS. YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO EVEN GOOGLE THE SYMPTOMS.

there is no cure for fibro. i told you that. i think your doctor was right and you are a hypochondriac. for crying out loud be grateful for what you have.

i am bed ridden and can occasionally use a wheelchair. i am in agony every minute of every day, some days i struggle to breathe. i am waiting to find out if my condition is terminal. no i am not talking about fibro and no you do not have what i have.

i try to help people on here with real problems, you just make me angry. can you not be grateful that you are young, fit and healthy and do something with your life?

4. it would be better for you to describe what you are experiencing than for us to give you a general description

FMS symtoms mimic many things including lymes, ms, vitamin deficiency, hormone issue, thyroid, mono, and many more

most people diagnosed with fms don't really have it--most people have something else--some aren't sick at all

it is not just sore weak tissue--but idiot docs think it is--it is a neuro condition..

and while a healthy lifestyle helps--it will not cure it---

the symptoms you describe in another question:
dizzyness
wobbly legs and i walk like a duck with a walking stick
palpitations
heart pains
foggy vision
confusion
fear and anxiety
pains in me entire body

ARE INDICATIVE OF AN ANXIETY DISORDER...have you had a psych eval
have you had blood tests and an EKG?

an anxiety disorder is NOT FMS

a hospital won't bother --you need to find a regular doc that will work with you
