Headache on back right side of skull then headache on left side of head?

Ok 16 year old male started off with a headache on back part of head where the skull ends then went to sleep woke up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom when I woke up noticed that it moved to the left side but not on back of skull but on the top left side of head went back to sleep woke up today I can feel it's there on the left side but it's going away then out of nowhere I started to feel nauseas so I went to vomit now feel better but I'm scared now thinking it's something worse than just a headache or migraine. I know it's long but I accept any answer but trolling thanks.
