i have a big headache but no headache medication what do i do?
i have a big headache and i don't know how i got it i just woke up with it but i dont have any aspirin or Advil or any headache medication. does anybody have some natural remedies or something to get rid of it. if so please leave an answer.

1. Actually it helps if you put some Icy Hot on your forehead.2. Lie in a dark room and put a cold flannel on your forehead. Don't look at anything bright. It should ease with time, if it stays in the same place for more than a day or two, consult your Doctor, it is probably just a tension headache...
