Can you have a sinus headache without a stuffy nose?
I don't even feel sick but I think I have a sinus headache.

1. yeah yu can2. Yes, as long as there is sinus pressure and the sinus cavity is clogged. Remember, the sinus cavity connects to the nose, but it isn't part of it.
3. You certainly can. Anytime there is inflammation to your sinuses it causes that awful headache.
4. Yes, and they can cause all sorts of secondary problems, like dizziness, affect hearing and eyesight and other things.
5. Yes; usually it happens when I take sudafed for a week or two, but it happens at other times. Sinuses suck. Some days I just wish I didn't have them.
Allergies tend to give me this type of headache; like after someone mows the lawn or right after the rain when pollen gets stirred up; I usually notice it then.
