What is the best relief for a sinus headache?

Should I use that stuff called Head-On? Does it really work?

1. apply it directly to the forehead

2. i've tried head-on. I thought it relieved my headache slightly, escpecially at the temples. it has a slight cooling effect which i found releiving. I suggest you take a pain reliever as well, don't just rely on head-on because it doesn't fully help the pain.

3. your best bet is a sinus med, not head on which is for tension headaches.Try sinutab or neocitran. you might also consider warm saline nose drops as well, which will help clear out the mucus

4. No, might as well toss your money in the street.
Results aren't replicable.

The most common relief is brought about by the combination of a
decongestant [e.g.Sudafed] and a NSAID [e.g. acetaminophen].

Sometimes standing in a steaming shower may also bring relief, but to a lessor degree.

5. I'd look into a Nettie pot. It is designed to insert into the nostril so you can flush out the sinuses with saline solution. They cost $14.99 at Walgreens and there is a coupon online, type in nettiepot. Been used for thousands of years before they had anitbiotics. The saline will soften the wad of goo creating the sinus blockage and flush it out. It's easy to learn and a one time expense. Haven't you ever been so blocked up you wish you had some dynamite? Nettiepot is the solution, and you can do it anytime, no need to wait between doses, no expensive antibiotics or trips to the pharmacy, no gut problems the antibiotics cause, and it's completely natural! It will also prevent allergies if used regularly.

6. Take some Sudafed for sinus headache. I am taking it right now. It helps me.

7. I use Tylenol severe sinus, it works awesome! I have tried head on but
didn't work for me. I tried equate brand severe sinus, did not work as good as Tylenol brand.
