What is the best relief for a sinus headache?
Should I use that stuff called Head-On? Does it really work?

1. apply it directly to the forehead2. i've tried head-on. I thought it relieved my headache slightly, escpecially at the temples. it has a slight cooling effect which i found releiving. I suggest you take a pain reliever as well, don't just rely on head-on because it doesn't fully help the pain.
3. your best bet is a sinus med, not head on which is for tension headaches.Try sinutab or neocitran. you might also consider warm saline nose drops as well, which will help clear out the mucus

7. I use Tylenol severe sinus, it works awesome! I have tried head on but
didn't work for me. I tried equate brand severe sinus, did not work as good as Tylenol brand.
