1. They have cooling masks that go over your eyes that work wonders. I have one and they work great for migraines. It takes about twenty to thirty mins of laying down with it on, but after that I can carry on with my life. Without it I'm in my bedroom with all light shut out, and no sound for hours as I try to sleep it off. Also, try eating a chocolate bar. It's something my doc told me helps to naturally ease the pain of headaches.

2. rub your temples with some peppermint oil...it helps a lot. or check out the aromatherpy line from bath and body works, they have some stuff for headaches that works great!

3. To relief the pain i suggest a head massage with the tip of fingers quit firmly , the fingers should press all the different parts of the head.

4. I'm on loads of medication, and I get very painful nerve block needles in my temples and neck and face weekly. ( I'm going in about 6 hours). The medication and nerve blocks has worked wonders for the pain. But The aura and partial blindness hasent gone away.

I keep hearing acupuncture works great, and when I get some money I'm gonna try it.
I heard that there is a spot in your ear and one in the web between your thumb and your pointing finger.

I've found no relef with "anything natural".

I've tried chamomile tea. Ice packs, lavendar essential oil massage, mild pepermint and lavendar inhalation, putting your feet in an apple cidar bath to draw the blood away from your head, those heated wheat packs, menthol stickers for temples, natural roll on ointments, assorted organic creams, reiki, reflexology, meditation. But I guess different things work for different people.
I have daily chronic pretty severe migraines. I cant even work.
