1. Tylenol
2. tylenol is okay to take but nothing with aspirin they dont want you taking anything but tylenol really
3. Tylenol is safe!
4. tylenol is the best thing that's what my doc told me good luck
5. yep tylenol thats it..best to go see her doctor. He may can give her something else that will help her
6. Tylenol and a lot of rest!
7. Tylenol, but if tylenol isn't doing it I would take tylenol pm. when she wakes up it will be gone. For whatever reason ordinary tylenol doesn't work for me, even extra strength.
8. Tylenol, regular strength is perfectly fine. But NO aspirin, or ibuprofen. It can do some serious damage. So, just tell her to take tylenol, but only the recommended dosage for a pregnant woman. If she feels afraid to still, call the doctor and ask him/her if there's something else you can try.
9. everyone has answered already haha Tylenol
10. The best thing for her to do is to take some tylenol because it is safe for her and the baby and it can get rid of her headache but another good thing for her to do is lay down, relax and get plenty of rest and sleep and she should feel better. Try to keep her in the dark as much as possible because she could also be sensitive to light right now.
11. acupressure might work
or massage
or hot and cold compresses
12. Tylenol makes me vomit. I have had a migraine since I was in my second trimester. Try the tylenol, but it may not work. If it doesn't, try acupuncture. It has worked for me and is safe with no side effects other than that it can hurt to be stuck with a needle. Acupuncture can be quite amazing.
Also please, for any mom to be, look into saving cord blood. It is the gathering of stem cells for the baby in later life.
For the headache, make sure she drinks enough to prevent dehydration. Dehydration can make a bad headache. Ginger can help some people. Magnesium supplement, not oxide, can help. Fish oil can help.
It sounds like the flu, though. That takes time to get better.
Lots of fluids. Tea from water, lemon and ginger with sugar or honey can help.
I hope she is better already!
