How can you get rid of a heat headache AFTER you've rehydrated and taken an over the counter painkiller?
I always get headaches when I get overheated despite drinking a lot of water while in the heat and continuing to drink a lot of water after I cool off. I also take Advil and usually take a nap in an airconditioned room afterwards. None of this gets rid of the headache. Any other suggestions?
