How to cure a headache with vertigo at the same time?
I recently went to an amusement park and went on some roller coasters when I got home I had the usual vertigo of still being on one that comes with it. However, I also have a headache and don't have any medications. Thus if I close my eyes to help my headache my vertigo clicks on and if I stay awake my headache stays on.

1. I sufer from extreme virtigo and alot of time mine come hand in hand with headahes as well. Unfortunately there's not alot you can do without medication except you need to find the position where your virtigo is the least active like on your back, on your side then close your eyes. The vertigo might stay or worsen for a moment or two but it will eventully calm down and this might help your headache as well. Again unfortuanely this will not help as much as medication would.
