ive pulled a muscle and ive now had a tension headache in my neck (im 13) how do i get rid of it?
ive pulled a muscle in my shoulder and ive had a tension headache in my neck ive had it for 3 days,how do i get rid of it as fast as possible,ive put heat on my neck and im takeing loads of painkillers but there not working plz help and im 13 !
