What is this clicking noise in the back of my head?

I can hear a clicking noise in my head (like if you put one fingernail under the other and flick upwards it makes a 'click' noise)
Somewhere at the back of my head.. somewhere in the middle, more to the right than left. I think :/
It's like click quiet click quiet click quiet - quite fast. Like the pace of my walk.
It only happens when i walk fast, which happens a lot as i'm usually running late for the bus.
I also noticed it when i was jumping on the trampoline.
I'm pretty sure it's not my jaw clicking and it doesn't sound like it's from my ear. Not because of a cold or flu and it doesn't hurt or cause me any headaches. It does make me wonder if anyone else can hear it though..

2 questions: What is it? and Why does it make that noise?

Thanks (: I'm 17 and a girl if that's any help. (wasn't sure about the category and sorry for these boring details)

1. Are you listing to your music really loud?

2. probably from the top of your spine, doubt its anything serious but if it affects your quality of life see a doctor

3. It sounds like the blood pressure in your veins in your head from high activity.

4. I used to get that in my nose! It was just a bone I think, it wore off eventually. The noise that is, not my nose...

5. I get that a lot. My dad (Who could have been a doctor) said it's air in the back of your neck/spine that's being released, just like cracking your knuckles.

6. I get that too! Actually it kind of just went away after a while.
