headache in back of head PLEASE HELP!!!?
ive got a headache in the back of my head, its been their for 3 days now and is constantly their it doesn't go away it doesn't hurt but is annoying. i can feel it sometimes hurt at the top of my head and at the front. I play on my ps3 quite abit so i was wondering could it be a tension headache or something worse?? i don't feel sick or nausea

1. It is most likely a tension headache, slightly squashed nerve or similar. I would go and get it checked out just in case. If your GP finds nothing go see an osteopath for some adjustments.

3. You have tight neck muscles causing that pain. The neck muscles go to the top of your head so that pain is right off the muscles themselves. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck Release:
Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
