Pain on lower back right side, and under right ribcage. What is this pain?

For about 3 weeks now, I have been suffering through lower right side abdominal pains and discomfort. Pain usually hits my lower right back side that feels like pressure built up. The pain sometimes travels to my mid right back area, the all across my lower back. I can't figure out what it is! Then recently I have developed pain that sorta appears at the tip of the right rib cage close to being near inbetween my ribs. But mainly towards the right side.

The pain under the rib cage recently just popped, which gave a bit of relief but came back shortly after but not as intense. So, what exactly are these pains?? And why did my right rib cage area pop!?

I went to Doctors about a week ago, only to be told it was Scoliosis, but the meds that were supposed to take away this weird pain I was having DIDN'T WORK within the time she said it would take to disappear. I also have had a DRY MOUTH and DRY THROAT that I think were a side affect of the medicine, but didn't last more than a day.

I'm really scared it's something serious :( and I think I constantly give myself anxiety from that fear, which probably isn't helping either. But I do get lightheaded, tingly around feet and hands, and I believe that is just anxiety. I also tend to be very gassy when it comes to burping lol. I was told by family it was possibly kidney problems, I have no clue, I would feel better if I get an idea of what I have.

P.S. I have also had nights where I had muscle spasms in both arms and legs. Which have freaked me out. My mom believed it was high blood sugar possibly, cause it was after I had dessert. I drank tons of water and had salty snack. Then the muscle tension went away. :( Should I be worried....Diabetes does run in my family. (I have also had 3 blood tests with nothing wrong, so what is up lol)

OH!! I am 20years old almost 21 and am a pretty healthy girl. So this is all weird to me and scary D:

1. i really dont know much about that, but i get that feeling every time i wake up, but i always get rid of it with push-ups, like more that forty of em

2. Whether you have scoliosis or not, im not really sure but to more easily figure out what you truly have, think back, if you had ay fall, hit, strain, etc. It may possibly be one or multiple slipped and herniated discs.which may be leadig to the cramps in legs and arms.Honestly all i can say is be persistant, also make sure you get an MRI, as it may reveal the problem at its source. And as far as diabetes,I doubt it, I have four slipped discs and sciatic nerve damage, as well as degenerative disc disease and still manage to regularly workout. So basically you shouldnt have it that bad.

3. Kidney problems from diabetes? Avoid sugary food, cookies, cake, soda and fruit juice.
Get the a1c test.
diabetes is the most common cause of kidney failure.
