Pain in left upper back, head, and discomfort in chest?

I've had a pain in my left upper back for a view days. I've been getting headaches really often since around Christmas (I don't think it's related), and now I've been having this weird feeling in my chest, but mostly the top of my ribs and around that area. It's this real airy kind of feeling and it's weird to breathe when it's happening. I can't really explain it.

Oh! And when I lean forwards sometimes, it makes it harder to breathe.

What could it be? Any ideas?

1. its not serious.

as lame as it is to see a chiropractor, do it...im guessing you have a pinched nerve...there is a nerve that runs from your lower neck over your shoulders into your chest and down your arm....often mistaken for "heart pain"...it also causes weakness in your left hand (or right hand)

basically, its a pinched or kinked nerve (also called a Sublaxation)

2. caused from stress. read about the tension triangle on google. if it is bothering you, go to the ER and they will check you out for heart troubles, but it'l cost you. the intercostal muscles and scalenes running up the sides of your neck get tight. stretch, hold your shoulders back and chin in, do deep breating excercises, look up Dr. Weil.

3. I did initially write you an essay, but thought, let's try and keep it simple:)
Then i wrote another unintentional essay.
Mainly as when it comes to the Thorax, sometimes knowing for sure is better than assumption

You *don't*look ill to me in your promo or YouTube pics in the Cardiopulmonary sense of ill.
You do have "Nevergiveup-itis"

For your chest pain to be from your Heart,(unless it's congenital)12 lead EKG/ECG will rule that one out. -
Could this be panic attacks, are you under a lot of emotional pressure?

Some pain sensations in chest can be from stress or emotional upsets, with no active disease present.
If they continue, it can be referred to as a soma.

Upper right quadrant of back -is it sharp?-possible dyspepsia (referred pain from Gut,Stomach)

Weird feeling in chest - hmm,you do use your lungs more than most with performances-have you tested your pulse when you get this feeling, is it regular, next time take your pulse and see?
?Also or Could be Mild Asthma, or maybe even you have a chest infection that isn't bad enough to knock you on your back, but enough to what is occurring now (<<<<<actually this may be it!)

Leaning forwards making it worse reinforces me still thinking chest infection /poss mild asthma -or allergen in air now .

Thing is along with headaches, what you describe could simply be benign and coincidental separate symptoms, or something you really do need an exercise treadmill(ECG/EKG) test for and anything in-between those two extremes.

It's wise to get this all looked at, as you need to know for sure- even if it turns out to be stress or mini panic attacks or over-breathing- getting it all tested is safest,I'm sure you know.

See I still wrote an essay and couldn't conclude much as I want you to get checked over, just in case you have caught something from that horrid Simon Cowell:) I hear he's been to America
