1. Chris 15,
Sounds like it could be herpes zoster (shingles). There is extreme skin sensitivity followed by skin lesions. It's a viral nerve root inflammation that radiates out from either or both sides of the spine and is related to the chicken pox virus. See the Wikipedia info here

Of course it could be a boil forming under the skin tto, so if it doesn't correct itself get it checked out by a professional. I wish you well! Dr Tim

2. It would be impossible to tell what this pain is without you being examined, so as it has been with you for several days, so and see your doctor so they can examine you and advise on an appropriate course of action.

3. Hi,

I am a physical therapist. Back can is very common and can be caused by a variety of issues. Back pain aggravated with sitting, bending, and lifting is generally related to a disc. Back pain aggravated with standing and walking can be facet joint, DDD, or stenosis.

Some simple things you can do to help relieve your back pain include: ice your back (10 min) - don't use heat!, avoid aggravating activities, and watch your posture. If sympotms continue you can see a doctor, generally an orthopedic doctor that specializes in the spine.
