1. a tension headache is a pain that can radiate from the neck, back, eyes, or other muscle groups in the body, you often fell like your head is being sqeezed by a vise. Paracetamol, ibuprofen or aspirin helps to get rid of it.
a migraine can be a severe or a moderate headache that can last between several hours up to 3 days. with bad ones, you tend to avoid bright lights and noise and can also have nausea and vomit.
A cold or hot shower directed at the head, a hot or cold wet washcloth, a warm bath, or resting in a dark and silent room may be as helpful as medication for many patients, but both should be used when needed.
2. Tension Headache
Headaches occur frequently:pain is intermittent, moderate, and felt on the front and back of the head, or person has a general feeling of tightness or stiffness. To get rid of it is to take acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen.
Migraine
Pain begins in and around the eyes or temple, spreads to one or both sides, usually affects whole head but may be one-sided,throbs,and is accompanied by loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. They have mood changes, loss of appetite,flicking-edged holes(you can see a light in front of you and when you move you eyes back and forth you can see it move also)weakness on one side of the body. Migraine headaches run in the family. Beta Blockers
I get this so bad that I have to be in a dark room and the lights turned off and I can't have anyone near me until the headache is gone. To get rid of it I have to take 800 mgs of
Ibuprofen.
I hope this will help.
