How effective is Excedrin Tension Headache in treating tension headaches?
Tylenol, ibuprofen, Advil have no effect on me

1. excedrin has caffeine in it and makes me real jittery.Take 3 ibuprofen. They work so much better than anything else.
Ibuprofen, motrin, and advil are all the same
2. I've taken Excedrin for years basically because Tylenol or the others do absolutely nothing for me. And you can choose Excedrin with or without caffeine! The tension headache is caffeine free or you can buy it caffeine free that's what I use all the time and it helps allot!!!
It wont make you jittery or anything. Try it, if it does then don't take it.
3. Tylenol doesn't do much for me eps a headache. I always have luck with Advil, Aleeve or Ibuphrophen
