What part of the forehead hurts when someone gets a tension headache?

1. The temples. Tension headaches are due to tight contracted muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw , temples or back of the neck.
Headaches are a symptom of something going on. Overload of stress or from being fatigued, but more often they come from physical problems, from psychological and and emotional issues, or from depression.
Sleeping in a cold room may trigger a tension headache.
2. When I get tension headache, it feels like a big rubber band around my head, starting from my forehead.
I found one website that offers a solution : run until you are out of breath and the blood that rushes to your brain will bring oxygen to your brain. It will takes a couple of runs to see the effect.
I tried acupuncture. It helps instantly but it will come back 3 months later if I am under stress.
