I have a sharp pain from the middle of my neck to my right shoulder blade, which is now moving down my back.?

The pain is getting worse as the day goes on. The pain is severe when I turn my head. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia...could this be another symptom of this crazy disease, or is it something I should have checked out?

1. try this. take your right hand back of palm (yang side) press with your left hand thumb between index finger and middle finger press and find a very pain full point. if u find massage with thumb and if it is correct point u will get instant relief
