Will i be found unfit in the army with chronic knee pain and acl reconstruction? I am a 25u Commo?
I am currently in the MEB and about to enter the PEB?

1. It depends on the need for your particular job description. The military has the power to waive their standards for specialized jobs.Back when they had the Draft, I went through basic with a guy who had a leg brace. He was drafted because the Army needed his skills at what ever job he was going to.
2. The fact that you went from an MEB to a PEB does not look to great for you. I'm guessing they found you unfit during the MEB and you appealed the findings so you're now going to a PEB. Someone should have told you that it's all about your packet, if you're packet does not contain a strong defense for you to stay in and it basically states that you are broke they won't keep you. It's no longer about your MOS, it's about you being fit or unfit for the Army as a whole. Just be sure you're covered if/when you get out and if you're eligible for VA comp, apply if you haven't already.
