What is the difference between a tension headache and a migrane headache?

i want to know the difference between the 2 and which one is more painful

1. Migraines are usually more painful and longer lasting than a tension headache. Tension headaches will respond to anti-inflammatories while Migraines are more difficult to treat.

With migraines you can experience an aura, nausea, intense pain, light and sound sensitivity and can last for days.

2. The tension-type headache feels like the muscles are tight or that there is a weight on ones head. The migraine headache has unilateral pain. In other words, pain that is at one specific location on the head.

That said, both of these types of headaches are of supernatural origin, and are caused by a spirit. Those that have them are the saints in the scriptures.
