I was masturbating, and got this pain in the back of my head. Didn't care. Kept on stroking. Then, it started getting worse. All of a sudden, it feels like a knife was jabbed through the back of my head, below my ears. It was excruciating! I stopped masturbating, which for me, is like the second coming of Jesus Christ. I just zipped up my pants and layed on the bed. For 15 whole minutes, I was in hell. It was probably the worst pain I had ever experienced in my life. It was like a striking sensation in the back of my head. It would come every 3 seconds. Those 15 minutes felt like an eternity. I didn't even attempt to masturbate since then, being afraid that I might get this again. What was this??

This has happened to many men (google masturbation migraine). You had a migraine reaction and, though it is uncommon, it does happen. Will it reoccur? Yes it is possible. How to prevent it from happening again? There really isn't any way to. So how do you deal with it? You noted the warning signs of it coming. When you not them again - stop. Likely this will happen the next couple of times because you expect it coming but you will get past it.
