Does anyone have a tension headache almost everyday?

If so, what helped make it go away? I had a headache daily for about year now. I have been to every kind of doctor/dentist you can think of and have tried alternative types of medicine such as yoga, acupuncture, and saw a chiropractor. I am feeling desperate for answers. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

1. I used to. Same as you, it was for about a year. Then I had one day when I was really dizzy for 24 hours... it was quite scary. After that it got a lot better. Sorry I don't really have a cure... just try and forget about them, get more sleep, don't do stuff that you know will stress you out. Do regular exercise. Sorry I couldn't help much, hopefully it will reassure you a bit.

2. There has to be a reason for your pain..sounds like you have been to all the appropriate doctors.
Sounds to me like you are stressed..Yoga should work for you.
You have to learn how to meditate correctly..turn eveything off. Also "FeverFew" bought at Health stores works...
"Valerian" will also help slow you down....HUGS!!

3. yep been down that road. i had headaches for several years every single day. i was going to an ear, nose and throat DR. he put me on amptripline to help prevent headaches. plus it helps you sleep. i also take Imitrex. this is for migriane or tension headaches, which i had both. it took the imitrex though to knock out my headaches.that was my miracle pill. i couldnt believe it. i get 50mlg. but i cut them in half cause a whole one makes my chest, and upper arm muscles to hurt. plus they last longr that way.

4. ugh me too i've been going through this alot since i started high school but i'm setttled down now i just take a tylenol and go to sleep and when i wake up the headache isn't there for awhile

5. Look at your avatar! Subconsciously you know what is going on, you just need a bit of information.

The chronic tension headache (that dull fuzzy headed feeling) that you describe is caused by a spirit - no I'm not kidding. Think of the art you have seen depicting the saints and their halos. Those halos are not decorations, as typically thought. Halos are the artistic representation of spirits - Holy Spirits to be precise.

This spirit is there to help you, and there is little you can do to alleviate the feeling of its presence, as it needs you, as much as you need it. What you can do, is do a little research and come to the conscious realization that these words are true. With that realization you will be much happier.
