How can i relieve a tension headache?
My friend has a really bad headache.

1. drink lots of watertake some painkillers
and maybe buy some of that 4-head stuff
it always seems to do the trick
oh, and dont expose her eyes to bright light
headaches can worsen when eyes can see bright light as your eyes are sensitive when you have a headache
and if the headache persists
go to a doctor cos there might be something wrong with your friend :)
