Tension Headache Anxiety attack Im about to break down and cry?
My fear is that my anxiety is messing with my cardio health I need help im beggin you i have a tension headache right now please im begging to the ground. My hormones are messing with me
The only time i feel anxiety free is when my hormones make me feel all sexual and stuff Is this normal
Normal ekg ecg and circulation bp usually normal

1. you most likley have axiety disorder i have panic disorder so i know about it you need to see a doctor about it i did and they put me on anti depressant medication and it really truley helps. tell them about your episodesa few years ago i was having ones so horrible that i actually had to be on a heart monitor for a month so defintly go see your family doctor and tell them about your attacks if you are having any and how frequesntly you are
